One product. Two parts.

At launch, I build out your full GBP — business name, category, description, hours, service area, photos, and services list. Google requires the owner to complete a quick verification step (usually a phone call or text to your business number). That part takes about 5 minutes on your end. Once verified, your business shows up on Google Maps and in local search results — the map pack that appears before the regular website results. Most businesses either skip this entirely or fill it out halfway. It's one of the highest-impact things you can do for local visibility, and it's included.

Everything to get you live — up to 5 custom pages, mobile-responsive design, contact form, SEO setup, Google Analytics, and 2 revision rounds. No hidden extras. Domain registration is separate (typically $10–20/year, billed to you directly).

No. The build fee is $2,000. The monthly plan is $200/month. Extra pages are $350 each. Additional revision rounds are $100. Extra content changes beyond the monthly 30 minutes are $75 per 15-minute block. That's the full list — I'll always tell you a cost before doing anything not included.

Everything is invoiced via Stripe — you'll get a clean email invoice you can pay by card. The build fee is split: half before work starts, half before launch. The monthly plan bills automatically each month (or annually if you choose that option).

Yes — $2,000/year instead of $200/month, which saves you $400. Both options are available. Some clients prefer annual to simplify bookkeeping; others like the flexibility of monthly. Either works.

2 rounds, included in the build fee. A round means you review the site, send a consolidated list of everything you want changed, and I implement it all. 2 rounds covers the vast majority of builds. If you need more, it's $100 per additional round — not to nickel-and-dime you, but because open-ended revision cycles are how projects stall and never launch.

Any update to existing text, images, or contact info on pages that already exist — updated hours, a new photo, different prices, an edited service list. Each month includes 30 minutes of that. Need more? Additional time is $75 per 30-minute block, invoiced via Stripe. What it's not: a new page, a new feature, a design overhaul, or anything requiring new code. If you're not sure, just ask.

$350 per additional page, quoted before I build it. Most local businesses don't need more than 5 — home, services, about, contact, and one more. If you think you need more, tell me what you're trying to accomplish and I'll advise.

I'll reach out first. After 7 days without payment, your site gets paused — not deleted. Your content and files are safe. Reactivate anytime, or I hand over the files and you take it elsewhere.

The build fee is non-refundable once work has started — I'm putting in real time from day one. If something goes wrong on my end, I make it right. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable — the discount is built into the price — but you can cancel before renewal with no charge.
